The state of Ohio did approve and implement the issuance of a Temporary Non-Bachelor's substitute license during the 2023-24 school year and has continued to allow the issuance of it since. To obtain a Temporary Non-Bachelor's sub license here in Fairfield County Ohio you must gain approval from a district administrator (principal, superintendent).  An approval email can be sent from the administrator to Administrative Assistant, Kimbery Dum at kdum@fairfieldesc.org or to the ESC Treasurer, Laura Cassell at lcassell@fairfieldesc.org.
