Amy is a HR leader with 25+ years of experience in corporate, academic, and government sectors. She is certified as an SPHR and SHRM-SCP, reflecting her expertise and commitment to HR excellence. Amy oversaw disciplinary appeals hearings for the City of Columbus and Columbus City Schools. She has also held key HR leadership roles in the State of Ohio, overseeing recruitment, labor relations, training, compliance, and performance management. She also served as the Director of Career Services at Capital University Law School counseling students and providing training and education. Amy served 12 years as Vice President and Board Member of the Circleville City School Board and is currently a member of the Circleville City School Foundation and member of Wayne Township Zoning Appeals Board.
